The MD-90SE has the same features as the MD-90 and also includes the following:

1. An upgraded audio section including solen polypropylene capacitors as well as by-pass caps
2. Has balanced outputs
3. Includes a brass flywheel and brass clutch precision tuning mechanism

Options include the following:

1. Precision remote control
2. Silver faceplate
3. A Burr-Brown up converting and oversampling 24/192 DAC.
4. Audio upgrade equivalent to their 105 tuner
